TVXQ to Tour Through Five Domes in Japan

TVXQ (DBSK) will be writing a new page of K-Pop history in Japan, as it will launch a five-dome tour in Japan next year.

From April 27, 2013, TVXQ will start touring the five domes of Japan, taking its first step at the Saitama Super Arena and continuing on to the Tokyo Dome, the Osaka Kyosera Dome, the Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, the Sapporo Dome and the Nagoya Dome.

This is the first five-dome tour to be undertaken by a Korean team. It is also the fourth such record to be set by a foreign singer in Japan, as TVXQ is only preceded by the global pop figures Bon Jovi, The Eagles and Billy Joel.

Expectations are high for the upcoming tour, as TVXQ previously gathered more than 550,000 people for its TVXQ Live Tour 2012~TONE~ concerts this year and has just started off on its TVXQ! Live World Tour Catch Me.

On January 16 the group even plans to release a new single album containing a Japanese version of Catch Me and a new track titled I Know.

The members of the group told enews on November 21, "We′re very happy that the five-dome tour we′ve dreamed of going on since our debut is finally going to happen. We′ll work hard to prepare great music and performances, so please look forward to it, and we hope to see your support and interest."

TVXQ plans to release its special edition album Humanoids on November 26, and will start promoting the title song on music shows soon after.
